Project Progress
The recruitment and selection participation project comes to an end today with a celebration event attended by the young people involved, partners and a representative from CWDC.
The Rainbow assessment tool will start the roll out to the voluntary sector in April. Please look out for dates at venues near you so that you can attend and take part in the self assessment process. The workshop is free to participants.
Good News Stories
The 1605 Living history Society has been awarded money from the Heart of England Community Foundation ‘Grassroots’ programme to attend local not for profit community and public events. We are now looking for both large and small community /public events being held within 15 miles of Coventry which has the following: A large hall, room or covered area preferably with a power supply.Meet these two simple requirements and you could have our costumed re enactors demonstrating how the Tudor / Stuarts lived, with displays of Armour, Surgery, Calligraphy or Dance, Apothecary, Music, and a PowerPoint display.To contact us please visit our web site and send a request form or an email with all the details of your event to info@1605livinghistory.co.uk, We will be selecting events on location, availability of personnel and dates, so please let us know what you are proposing this year ASAP.
