Guided by youth leaders, St John Ambulance young members take part in an interactive and full programme.

Our youngest members are the Badgers aged between 5 and 10 years old. St John Ambulance Cadets are aged between 10 and 18 years old.

The Badgers follow a programme of various subjects, working towards the uper Badger Award.  This leads on to the Grand Prior Award designed pecifically for the cadets.  This, in turn, links with the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and our in-house scheme for 16-25 year olds - the Amalfi Award.  Each section has a variety of topics to suit all interests and levels of ability.

There are lots of activities organised for young members including annual camps, fun days and a show.
