Gaps in training and access to training
I am trying to identify any gaps in training for te Children's and Young People's workforce.
I am also aware that across the sectors (statutory, voluntary and private), different constraints operate which make it difficult to access the kind of training you need, or would like for your professional or personal development.
Organisations vary in attitude and approach to training, the amount of money available, the ability to cover staff absences while indertaking training etc.
Attached is a survey covering some of these.
I have emailed this survey to a number of people but will inevitably have missed many.
