Family Information Service
The Family Information Service (FIS) is a free and impartial, information and signposting service for Warwickshire families, children and young people (aged 0-20), schools and practitioners.
We can provide free information on childcare, family support, youth activities, rights as a working parent, and information on disability, illness and special educational needs support.
We work with a range of groups to provide face to face information in local communities, so look out for the Family Information Service in your area or call the helpline to speak to a member of the team.
Our support can vary from giving talks to groups, one to one surgeries, providing information leaflets, signposting to services or a presence at community events.
If you need further assistance to access the services and family information relevant to your circumstances we can offer you enhanced face-to-face or telephone support.
