The ESWS works closely with school, pupils and parents as well as a range of other agencies to ensure EVERY Warwickshire school pupil achieves their maximum educational, whether through school or other legal education provision.

The ESWS is a founder member of the West Midlands Consortium for Training and developlment of Education Social Work and Welfare and as such promotes and provides staff training on Common Induction Standards and NVQ 4 LDSS as well as Post Qualifying and CPD trainng opportunities for staff.
