Warwickshire Children and Young People's Workforce

Communitybuilders provides a mix of loans, grants and mentoring support to community groups to improve long-term financial stability and move away from grant dependency.

The three investment packages administered by Communitybuilders are:

1. A development package consisting of bespoke business support, which is based on initial
   needs assessments and leadership grants of £2,000 for developing and training staff
2. A feasibility package of further business support of up to five days and grants of up to
   £20,000, for use towards project development of a growth plan. For larger projects, grants
   will be available of up to £75,000 and 30 days' worth of support
3. Bespoke investment packages for investees, who are ready to develop, grow and expand
   their role within the community. This will consist of loans of between £50,000 and £2
   million, offered at 5% for an initial three-year period of a ten-year loan term.
